The first synthetic androgenic steroid was testosterone propionate. Over decades of use, bodybuilders have found that propionate is an effective way to enhance body strength and maintain muscle mass during cutting phases. Among anabolic steroid users, propionate is often referred to as "prop" or "test prop." Propionate, administered as an injectable suspension to muscle cells, is a testosterone ester. This primary male sex hormone and steroid, called propionate, influences the development of the testis and prostate in males and stimulates secondary sexual characteristics such as increased strength, bone mass, and hair growth. Testosterone is essential for overall health, well-being, and early diagnosis of osteoporosis. As an anabolic steroid, propionate increases both bone and muscle mass. Its effects include muscle development, increased strength, bone strengthening, promotion of linear bone growth, deepening of the voice after birth (often during adolescence), beard and axillary hair maturation, and growth of sex organs, particularly the penis.

Propionate action:

• Normal dosage: 50-200 mg per day

For males, the most common dosing regimen is injecting 50 to 100 mg every second or third day. The maximum weekly dose ranges from 200 to 400 mg. Like all testosterone compounds, our medication is best used to extend training cycles. It combines well with other medications like dinabolin, anadrolus, or nandecos, which have highly synergistic effects when used together. However, during cutting or dieting cycles, when quick action and androgenic properties are also valued, propionate is sometimes used without other aromatizing anabolic/androgens. Propionate is typically stacked with an oral anabolic such as winstrol (15–35 mg/day), primos (50–150 mg/day), or oxandrolone (15–30 mg/day) in reasonable dosages.

• Nausea, cholestatic jaundice, changes in liver function tests, rarely hepatocellular neoplasms, and peliosis hepatis
• Increased or decreased libido
• Headache
• Anxiety, depression, paresthesia
• Increased duration and strength of erections

We do not recommend using:

• If you are allergic to testosterone propionate
• If you have breast carcinoma
• If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
• For individuals with cardiovascular or liver diseases

Tips:

Before undergoing any medical treatment (surgery, dentistry), inform your doctor or dentist that you are taking propionate.

Diabetes patients:

This medication can alter blood sugar levels. Monitor your blood sugar periodically while taking propionate. Propionate may affect your medical tests. Always inform medical personnel before using any product.

Laboratory tests, including:

• Liver function
• Blood cell count
• Testosterone levels in the blood
• Specific prostate antigen
• Bone growth
• Testosterone levels in the blood

These tests might be performed to check for any unexpected drug side effects. Follow the doctor's instructions closely if anything endangers your health. Use this medication carefully, especially as you age, as your body may be more susceptible to side effects. Propionate should only be administered to children under 18 years old if absolutely necessary, as its safety and efficacy in this age group have not been established.
