Description Nolvados (Tamoxifen Citrate) 10 mg Driada Medical
Nolvados chemical composition:
A non-steroidal selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM), Nolvados (tamoxifen), has mixed agonistic and antagonistic effects on estrogen in various parts of the body. Nolvados is a member of the triphenylethylene chemical family, along with Clomid (clomiphene citrate), which is a very closely related substance to Nolvados.
Specifications of Nolvados:
It has been demonstrated that Nolvados, a SERM, does not lower the body's levels of circulating estrogen. Instead, because of Nolvados's greater affinity for estrogen, it serves to occupy the receptors in breast tissue, preventing estrogen from binding to those receptors. Nolvados functions, in simple terms, as a "fake" estrogen that stands in for real estrogen at the receptor sites in breast tissue. Because Nolvados binds to the receptor sites, any Estrogen that has previously bonded to the receptor sites will effectively be "pushed" out of the receptor sites by Nolvados, which then takes up the receptor site in order to develop gynecomastia. This is very encouraging news for people who use anabolic steroids and want to stop and reverse the development of gynecomastia in its early stages. It's also good news for people who are extremely sensitive to the side effect of rising estrogen levels that causes gynecomastia and might want to use Nolvados as a preventative measure. Bodybuilders and sportsmen that use anabolic steroids use Nolvados primarily for this desired result, which is also the drug's main function and purpose. However, as Nolvados only blocks Estrogenic activity at the breast tissue area, it won't help to prevent or lessen any additional Estrogenic adverse effects (when major Estrogenic side effects are concerned). Bloating, increased blood pressure due to water retention, the development of acne, and other side effects brought on by raising blood plasma estrogen levels are not treated by Nolvados or any SERMs.
Nolvados Adverse Reactions:
The overwhelming majority of users tolerate Nolvados pretty well, although there are certain potential side effects to be aware of. Nolvados tends to have quite diverse effects and experiences in men and women because of the differences in androgen and estrogen receptor proliferation among cells in the male and female bodies. This explains why more women than males have had unfavorable Nolvados side effect experiences, but it's a different story when it comes to bodybuilders and sportsmen who use Nolvados as a supporting substance for their anabolic steroid use. Nolvadex side effects for female breast cancer treatment include hot flashes, vaginal itching, upset stomach, headaches, dizziness, bone and joint problems, and edema, according to official prescription literature. Cholesterol abnormalities, altered white blood cell and platelet counts, skin rashes, endometrial alterations, deep vein thrombosis, and pulmonary embolism are less common and less severe side effects that may occur. These are negative effects of Nolvados that are specifically related to female users and are officially documented, as shown by clinical trials and the pamphlet included with the prescription drug. The above-mentioned negative effects of Nolvados are essentially of no concern to male users because, according to reports, the vast majority of these side effects are nearly never encountered by men. However, there is a persistent and enduring fallacy that Nolvados may up-regulate Progesterone receptors and boost their sensitivity to these drugs when combined with substances like Trenbolone or Nandrolone (Deca-Durabolin). Thus, it is claimed that using Trenbolone, Deca, or other comparable 19-nor chemicals causes an increase in negative effects linked to progesterone (due to the fact that they are Progestins in and of themselves). Simply put, this myth is untrue. This Nolvados side effect myth has its roots in a number of earlier research that showed that the drug does, in fact, up-regulate progesterone receptors in females. The fact that numerous studies have previously shown that Nolvados functions as an Estrogen antagonist in breast tissue and does so via down-regulate the progesterone receptors is another factor in the formation of this fallacy (this is because Progesterone receptor activity is closely linked with Estrogen receptor activity). These investigations showed that while this naturally happens in healthy, normal persons, it also causes an up-regulation of the progesterone receptor in breast cancer patients. Unfortunately, a lot of people in the bodybuilding world misinterpreted these specific research and assumed that all healthy, normal people would behave similarly. It's not accurate.
Nolvadex Dosage and Administration:
Nolvadex (Tamoxifen), a drug, is used medically to treat six different kinds of female breast cancer. In these circumstances, the prescribed Nolvados dosage and administration call for 10 to 20mg taken twice daily, in the morning and evening, respectively.
Nolvados or Gynecomastia
Nolvados is primarily and frequently used as an adjunctive aid in the realm of bodybuilding and performance improvement to combat, reduce, and/or avoid the development of Gynecomastia. This is frequently the case, particularly when an unusually mild or aromatizable anabolic steroid is used in a cycle. Nolvados dosage in this situation ranges from 10 to 30 mg per day. Nolvados is typically dosed at 20 mg per day. Despite widespread misunderstandings, it is crucial to remember that Nolvados dosages greater than 20 to 40 mg per day have no better or faster impact on reducing or avoiding gynecomastia.
For Post Cycle Therapy With Nolvados (PCT)
Nolvados is also frequently used by bodybuilders and sportsmen for stimulating and increasing male endogenous testosterone production, which is supported by numerous research. It accomplishes this by influencing the brain's pituitary and hypothalamus glands to create more FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) and LH (Luteinizing Hormone), which then instructs the testes to produce testosterone. Nolvados is typically given in this situation during PCT, which comes right after the anabolic steroid cycle is finished and all anabolic steroids have completely left the patient's system. The dosage for this application of administration is 20–40 mg of Nolvados per day for 4–6 weeks. Studies have shown that increasing the dosage above 20–40 mg per day does not significantly increase the amount of testosterone produced. In order to maximize Nolvados's effects in promoting adequate HPTA function after a cycle, it is typically administered along with at least one or two other testosterone-stimulating drugs during PCT (such as an aromatase inhibitor, typically Aromasin, and/or HCG). Nolvadex administration during a cycle will not prevent the suppression of Testosterone caused by the use of anabolic steroids or maintain endogenous Testosterone production while suppressive drugs are being taken. Therefore, doing so is not advised because it would be a waste of resources (product and money). Nolvadex has a half-life that is exceptionally lengthy for an oral medication, ranging from 5 to 7 days, and some studies have shown that it can last up to 14 days. Because it is acceptable to take with meals or on an empty stomach, there should be no need to space out dosages throughout the day.
