Below is a full list of available order progress statuses with description.
- Pending — Customer started the checkout process but did not complete it.
- Awaiting Payment — Customer has completed the checkout process, but payment has yet to be confirmed.
- Processing — Customer has completed the checkout process and payment has been confirmed.
- Packaging — Order has been pulled and packaged and is awaiting collection from a shipping provider.
- Picked up by courier — Order is picked up by courier, tracking number will appear in next status within 24 hours during working days.
- Shipped — Order has been shipped, tracking number is sent to an email.
- Partially Shipped — Only some items in the order have been shipped.
- Awaiting Pickup — Order has been delivered to the post office and is awaiting to be picked up by a customer.
- Completed — Order has been picked up, and receipt is confirmed;
- Canceled — Seller has canceled an order, due to a stock inconsistency or other reasons.
- Delivery canceled — Order delivery was canceled by the shipping provider due to various reasons.
- Failed delivery attempt — Shipping provider attempted to deliver the order, however order could not be delivered.
- Refunded — Seller has used the Refund action to refund the whole order.
- Partially Refunded — Seller has partially refunded the order.
- Disputed — Customer has initiated a dispute resolution process or the seller has marked the order as a fraudulent order.
- Manual Verification Required — Order on hold while some aspect, such as tax-exempt documentation, is manually confirmed.
- Expired — Seller has marked the order as expired, because payment was not received.
