Description Sustalad (Sustanon) 250 mg/ml Driada Medical
Four different testosterone esters: testosterone isocaproate, testosterone decanoate, testosterone propionate, and testosterone phenylpropionate. Sustalad is one of the longest-acting formulations ever created. Sustalad is an excellent supplement for building strength and muscle mass. It provides the body with energy and helps burn fat. It promotes muscle growth by assisting muscle cells in retaining significant amounts of contractile proteins (actin and myosin). Additionally, it inhibits the production of catabolic glucocorticoids (which cause muscle exhaustion).
Testosterone replacement therapy for male hypogonadal conditions, such as:
- after castration;
- eunuchoidism;
- hypopituitarism;
- endocrine impotence;
- decreased libido in men;
- certain forms of infertility are possible;
In hypogonadal males, testosterone medication can also be used to treat, rather than prevent, osteoporosis. For female-to-male transsexuals, testosterone therapy may also be prescribed as supportive care.
Sustalad dosage:
The dosage depends on individual response. The usual dosage is 1 ml every 4 weeks. Even at low doses and for advanced athletes, Sustalad is very effective. Notably, giving this medication to bodybuilders who have already taken it, even at the same or lower dosages, results in the same high response as the first time. Sustalad should ideally be administered at least once a week, with a maximum interval of 10 days. In both bodybuilding and powerlifting, dosages range from 250 mg per week to 1000 mg or more per week. The recommended dosage range is 250–1000 mg per week; higher doses are not advised. The typical dose that is fully effective for most individuals is 500 mg/week, though this can often be reduced to 250 mg/week when Sustalad is combined with an oral steroid. Sustalad is a well-tolerated basic steroid during treatment that stimulates regeneration and provides athletes with enough power for intense training sessions. Athletes concerned with quality prefer combining this medication with hexos, winstrolad, anavaros, or primos, while those aiming for rapid mass gain often combine it with nandecos, dinabolyn, or anadrolus.
Measure for further Sustalad usage:
- Generally, the dosage needs to be adjusted based on the patient's individual response.
- Adults: one (1 ml) injection is recommended every three weeks.
- Sustalad needs to be injected deeply intramuscularly.
Prohibitions:
- if you have detected or suspect breast or prostate cancer;
- if you are pregnant;
- if you are breastfeeding;
- hypersensitivity to the drug's excipients or the active ingredient.
Note:
Middle-aged men should either avoid the dosage or take it under medical supervision if they have any major cardiovascular disorders. Since androgens rarely cause salt and fluid retention, people with latent or overt cardiac conditions, renal impairment, hypertension, epilepsy, or migraine (or those with a history of these conditions) should be monitored. Skeletal metastases should also be monitored because androgens may cause hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria in these individuals. When administering testosterone injections to prepubertal males, use caution as this could result in early epiphyseal closure or changes in sexual development. Protein-bound iodine (PBI) may decrease, though this is not a significant issue. It is advised to frequently check hemoglobin levels when using Sustalad for an extended period. Individuals with known peanut allergies should avoid taking Sustalad, which contains peanut oil. It is also advised against using this product if you are sensitive to soy or peanuts.
Be careful if you have:
- symptoms of osteoporosis,
- changes in blood lipid levels.
Careful monitoring should begin if you or a family member has ever battled endometrial or breast cancer. To reduce the potential increased risk of endometrial and ovarian cancer, a hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy should be considered after 18–24 months of testosterone medication, subject to professional advice.
Sustalad, like all other testosterones, is extremely anabolic and has more side effects than its androgenic counterparts. Androgenic side effects include:
- hair loss,
- prostate hypertrophy,
- deepening of the voice, as well as related estrogenic unwanted effects such as gynecomastia and fluid retention.
The following unwanted reactions have been associated with androgen therapy in general:
- in prepubertal boys, mature sexual development, increased frequency of erections, penile enlargement, and premature epiphyseal closure;
- priapism and other signs of excessive sexual stimulation;
- water and sodium retention;
- oligospermia and changes in ejaculatory volume;
If you experience these side effects, you should stop taking the medication until you fully recover. Then, you should resume taking it at the lowest effective dose. The first sign of a voice change could be a raspy voice. Treatment should be stopped if you do not wish to experience virilization symptoms, especially voice harshness.
The following side effects have also been reported:
- acne;
- liver function difficulties;
- polycythemia;
- hypertension;
- weight gain (in female-to-male transsexuals);
Overdosing on Sustalad (Sustanon):
Sustalad has extremely low levels of severe intramuscular toxicity. Male priapism is a result of persistent overproduction. If this occurs, medication administration must be stopped, and when the effects have subsided, a minimal dose must be advised.
Sustalad (Sustanon) Storage:
Store at room temperature, away from children and animals.
